Accounts Payable - Invoice Processing

As an Accounts Payable Invoice Processor Co-op student, you will gain hands-on experience in the Procure to Pay (“P2P”) process by supporting the resolution of invoice issues and enabling timely payments to suppliers. This role offers exposure to the full lifecycle of financial transactions—from invoice receipt to general ledger posting—while collaborating with Supply Management, Tax, and Accounting teams.

The Accounts Payable Processing Group is responsible for processing invoices across all business lines, including operations in Ireland. The team handles inquiries from internal stakeholders and external suppliers via ServiceNow, and manages complex invoice scenarios such as those submitted without purchase orders. The team sits within our Home Office under the Cash Management group.
