SUMMARY OF THE ROLE As a Sr. Executive - Powder Production, you will play a key role in driving safe, efficient, and high-quality manufacturing operations. You will lead and coordinate production activities within your assigned area, ensuring smooth execution of production plans while meeting quality, productivity, and delivery objectives. This role offers the opportunity to make a tangible impact by identifying and implementing process improvements, enhancing operational efficiency, and contributing to the continuous growth and success of the manufacturing function.
This position is based at Ranjangaon factory, reporting to Production Manager Powder. Responsibility: - Ensure all production activities are carried out in compliance with HSEQ standards, fostering a safe, sustainable, and quality-driven work environment. Coordinate and monitor daily production operations to achieve planned output while maintaining efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness. Guide and support production teams to deliver operational goals, promote collaboration, and maintain high levels of performance and accountability.
Identify skill development needs, facilitate training initiatives, and ensure consistent adherence to established operating procedures and best practices. Drive workplace organization and equipment reliability through effective implementation of 5S and operator-driven maintenance practices. Proactively identify, initiate, and support continuous improvement opportunities that enhance productivity, streamline processes, reduce waste, and improve overall operational performance.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR AND WHAT WE OFFER Qualifications & Experience Graduate or Diploma in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related field. More than 5 years of experience in powder, paint, or process manufacturing, with powder production experience preferred. Experience leading teams of 20+ employees (including contract workforce) and willingness to work in rotational shifts.
