Job Description About the Job   The Office Receptionist / Facilities Coordinator (Operations Administrator)   is responsible for   front-desk operations and day-to-day facilities support, ensuring a safe, organized, and professional office environment. This role serves as the first point of contact for employees, visitors, and vendors, and plays a key role in access control, office   logistics , internal communications, and workplace engagement.

Acting as the office’s operational anchor, the Operations Administrator oversees workplace efficiency, supports internal communications, and contributes to employee engagement initiatives. This role ensures strict adherence to security protocols (including the Clean Desk Policy), delivers a high-standard hospitality experience, and serves as a key liaison across Teleperformance teams. 12-Months Initial contract position with potential for extension.

Key Responsibilities   Admin duties for facilities department and other supporting department  Coordinate courier pickups and drop off for TPCA Assets   Hardware deduction reports   Ensure security procedures and compliance controls are regulated   Participate in site Health and Safety Committee and become a First Aid certified H&S SME  Office supplies purchasing  Site visit preparations: food/refreshment ordering/pick up, boardroom preparation security check in process   Access cards & ID Card creations   Provide evidence to support internal and external audits   Logging assets return into internal system  Asset tag assignment  Badge task reporting tickets on Workday  Routing support tickets to correct departments   Assist DE with deployment (packing, lifting)   Poster / signages · H&S monthly site inspection   Replenish first aid kits ·  Logging in corrective action tickets into our Health & Safety business management system   Laison with facilities vendors Education: · Minimum of a high school diploma; administrative /certificate or related post-secondary education is strongly preferred    Qualifications:   2 years of administrative experience preferred   Formal training and demonstrated advanced working knowledge and experience with Microsoft Word, including use of merge/sort, columns/tables, and graphics functions.

Formal training and demonstrated advanced working knowledge and experience with PowerPoint, Excel, and Adobe Acrobat Pro Excellent organizational, time management, communication (written and oral), and interpersonal skills. Ability to multi-task. · Ability to work with minimal supervision. Abilities: Demonstrated ability to adapt practices and techniques to shifting priorities and emerging issues .

Skilled at building and maintaining effective relationships with management, frontline employees, and the public. Must be capable of lifting to 25 pounds as required. High energy, self-starter who can work with minimal supervision in an extremely fast-paced environment.
