As a Debt Capital Markets Specialist at OCBC, you'll play a key role in advising clients on debt financing options and executing deals that meet their needs.
It's a challenging and rewarding role that requires a deep understanding of the markets and a passion for building relationships. How you succeed To succeed in this role, you'll need to stay on top of market trends and developments, and be able to provide insightful advice to clients. You'll work closely with our origination team to identify opportunities and develop tailored solutions that meet our clients' needs.
Building strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders is critical to success in this role. What you do Your day-to-day responsibilities will include: - Advising clients on debt financing options, including bond issuances and loan syndications - Executing deals and managing the transaction process from start to finish - Building and maintaining relationships with clients and internal stakeholders - Staying up-to-date on market trends and developments, and providing insightful advice to clients - Collaborating with our origination team to identify opportunities and develop tailored solutions Who you are - A degree in finance, economics, or a related field - At least 3-5 years of experience in debt capital markets, preferably in a banking or financial institution - Strong knowledge of debt financing products and markets - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively - A team player with a positive attitude and a strong work ethic Who We Are As Singapore's longest established bank, we have been dedicated to enabling individuals and businesses to achieve their aspirations since 1932.
