Essential Job Duties: The HR Business Parter will be part of the Human Resources team supporting the US Onshore Resources and Carbon Management (ORCM) business segment. Partner with leaders and employees to provide guidance on HR policies, programs and employee-related matters.
Support talent management activities, including workforce planning, employee development, retention, and onboarding initiatives. Assist with employee relations and performance management processes by providing coaching, policy interpretation, and issue resolution support. Analyze and report workforce data and trends to support business decisions and organizational effectiveness. Collaborate with HR centers of expertise and business leaders to implement engagement, change management, and compliance initiatives.
