What your work could look like  Supporting monthly reporting cycles, helping produce accurate financial results and commentary  Analysing data to explain what’s driving performance and where we can improve  Building reports and visualisations to support decisions across the business • Working with teams to improve processes, increase efficiency and reduce risk  Turning complex numbers into clear, practical insight for stakeholders  Partnering with the business to understand performance and influence future decisions.

Across the programme, you’ll get a 360° view of how finance powers the bank, work on projects with real strategic impact, and be part of tech-driven transformation that’s redefining what a modern finance function can do.
