The Opportunity As an OpenShift Platform Engineer, you will play a key role in designing, delivering, and evolving a secure, scalable container platform that enables development teams to build, deploy, and operate critical applications with confidence. Working within a collaborative cloud and infrastructure team, you will help shape modern platform capabilities that support business and customer outcomes.
Design, implement, and maintain Red Hat OpenShift platform services across complex enterprise environments, ensuring reliability, security, and operational excellence. Collaborate with application, DevOps, cloud, security, and infrastructure teams to streamline deployment pipelines, improve platform adoption, and enhance the developer experience. Automate platform provisioning, configuration, monitoring, and lifecycle management using Infrastructure as Code and modern engineering practices.
Contribute to platform strategy, continuous improvement initiatives, and operational support activities while promoting best practices for virtualisation, containerisation, observability, resilience, and cloud-native delivery.
