Workday Analyst Lyten is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Workday Analyst with broad and deep hands-on expertise in Time and Attendance and Absence Management to join our HR Operations team. This is an individual contributor role that can be done remotely.
In this role, you will play a key part in configuring, maintaining, and enhancing Workday Core HCM solutions, delivering HR technology capabilities that streamline processes and support business objectives. Responsibilities: Supporting Time in Attendance and Payroll integrations of Workday globally, including troubleshooting, monitoring integrations, reporting and audit activities. Supporting the implementation of various Workday improvements identified in the roadmap with 2nd ½ 2026 priorities being Time and Attendance, and Payroll integrations.
Participating in the review and implementation of product enhancements in Workday platform including system configuration, maintenance updates and testing to provide value to the organization. Partnering with business leaders and HR teams to configure and manage the business processes to leverage Workday functionality. Ensuring data accuracy, security, and data privacy standards are met through reviews, testing, change management, routine data audits and validation.
Managing permissions, access, personalization, and similar system operations and settings for end users. Participating in the review, testing and implementation of Workday releases; determine impact, participate in regression testing for new system features and communication of changes/benefits to end users. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree AND 3 + years of Workday experience configuring and supporting multiple Workday functional areas, including at a minimum Core HCM, Time and Attendance, Absence Management Workday administration & configuration skills required.
Other modules that are a plus: Integrations (EIBs, Core Connectors), and Custom Report Development and Recruiting & Talent Analytical skills including data analysis, interpretation, and reporting. Physical Requirements: Able to lift 25 lbs. and stand/sit for many hours per day Compensations Range: The expected base salary range for this position is between $106,000.00 - $159,000.00 The level of pay within the range will depend on a variety of job-related factors that may include location, relevant prior experience and/or education, or particular skills and expertise.
