We have an opportunity for a Warehouse Supervisor to be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day warehouse operations relating to both Finished Goods (FG) and Raw Materials (RM). The role ensures efficient inventory management, accurate stock control, timely receipt and dispatch of products, compliance with safety standards, and optimal utilization of warehouse resources to support business objectives and customer service requirements.

Key Responsibilities: Warehouse Operations Management Supervise daily warehouse activities involving receipt, storage, picking, packing, dispatch, and inventory control of finished goods and raw materials. Ensure timely receiving and put-away of raw materials in designated storage locations.
Monitor the movement, storage, and dispatch of finished goods to ensure order fulfillment according to customer requirements. Maintain optimal stock rotation using FIFO/FEFO principles where applicable. Ensure proper housekeeping and warehouse organization to maximize space utilization and operational efficiency. Coordinate with Production, Procurement, Quality, Transport, and Customer Service teams to ensure seamless supply chain operations.
Monitor warehouse productivity and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and reduce operational costs. Inventory Management Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure inventory transactions are accurately captured in the Warehouse Management System (WMS) and SAP. Conduct regular cycle counts and support monthly, quarterly, and annual stock counts. Investigate stock discrepancies and implement corrective actions to maintain inventory accuracy.
Monitor slow-moving, obsolete, damaged, and expired inventory and recommend appropriate actions. Ensure proper stock reconciliation between physical inventory and system records. Team Leadership Supervise warehouse operators, forklift drivers, inventory clerks, and other warehouse personnel. Allocate daily tasks and monitor team performance against established KPIs. Provide coaching, training, and development opportunities to improve employee performance and capability.
Conduct performance evaluations and enforce company policies and procedures. Promote teamwork, accountability, and a culture of operational excellence. Customer Service & Stakeholder Management Ensure customer orders are processed and dispatched accurately and on time. Resolve operational issues impacting service delivery and customer satisfaction. Support internal and external audits by providing required documentation and operational records.
Prepare operational reports and provide performance updates to management. Safety, Security & Compliance Ensure strict compliance with company Health, Safety, Security, and Environmental (HSSE) policies and procedures.
