The Operations Supervisor leads daily warehouse and distribution center operations, ensuring products are received, processed, and shipped safely, accurately, and on time. This role supervises a team of associates, drives productivity, and supports a culture focused on safety, quality, and continuous improvement.

What You Will Do Lead and support daily warehouse operations to meet productivity, quality, and service goals Supervise, train, coach, and develop warehouse associates Create daily work plans and adjust staffing based on operational needs Monitor performance metrics, including productivity, accuracy, and workflow efficiency Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs Ensure compliance with safety policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements Investigate and resolve operational issues, inventory discrepancies, and service concerns Partner with inventory, transportation, quality, and operations teams to ensure smooth workflow Conduct team meetings, communicate goals, and provide performance feedback Maintain operational records, staffing reports, and performance documentation Support warehouse management system (WMS) processes and operational reporting Promote a positive, accountable, and team-oriented work environment Basic Requirements Typically requires 3+ years of subject matter experience including exhibiting leadership capabilities High School Diploma or GED 3+ years of experience in warehouse, distribution, logistics, manufacturing, or supply chain operations 1+ year of leadership experience in a supervisor, lead, or team leadership role Experience managing employee performance, productivity, and workflow Experience using Microsoft Office, including Excel, Outlook, and Word Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment Ability to lift up to 50 lbs Ability to stand, walk, bend, and move throughout the shift Preferred Skills / Experience Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) Experience in healthcare, pharmaceutical, medical supply, or regulated distribution environments Knowledge of inventory control and warehouse best practices Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills Experience leading process improvement initiatives Strong communication and employee development skills Work Environment On-site role in a fast-paced distribution center Monday – Friday, 3:00 AM – 12:30 PM Frequent standing, walking, lifting, and movement throughout the facility Collaborative environment focused on safety, quality, and operational excellence Overtime and schedule flexibility may be required based on business needs Leadership role supporting warehouse operations and customer service objectives Why Join Us?
