As part of McKesson’s HR organization, the People Analytics team partners with senior HR and business leaders to translate workforce data into decision-ready insights that shape strategy, guide action, and enable measurable business outcomes.

The People Analytics Director will serve as the strategic analytics and advisory partner to a business unit’s HR Leadership Team, translating workforce priorities into executive-ready data and insights that inform strategic decisions, drive measurable outcomes, and shape how HR leadership engages with workforce data. In this role, you will lead a team that connects business strategy to People Analytics by shaping demand, framing the right business questions with stakeholders, prioritizing the highest-impact work, and delivering decision-ready analyses that guide action and enable outcomes related to business performance, organizational health, and growth.

You will apply a wide range of analytical tools and techniques to create data-driven narratives and presentations, supporting programs, events, and leadership forums. You and your team will track external workforce and industry trends, compare them to internal data, and communicate relevant findings to stakeholders to guide strategic decisions and enhance organizational agility. Ultimately, in this role you will support some of McKesson’s most complex and consequential decisions, where workforce strategy directly influences patient impact, execution at scale, and sustained growth.
