We are proud to offer excellent opportunities for talented individuals to join the roaring team of MGM China. 我們誠邀才華出眾的您，把握美高梅中國事業​機會，與金獅再闖另一座高峰。 Job Responsibilities Coordinate with Training Manager to devise training plan and material aim to enhance employees’ skills, performance, productivity and quality of work in order to standardize company/department service standard Coordinate on-the-job training and newly hired employees Motivate and energizes employees through training programs Fulfill training related work request by the department and Training Manager Deploy a variety of training methods to ensure the effectiveness over the course of training.

Contain regular training program with Casino Marketing staffs Able to work under pressure and participate and plan in ad-hoc projects as assigned Job Requirements: At least 1 year of solid experience in training, Casino Marketing Training experience will be an advantage Ability to design, develop, implement, and evaluate training plans, curricula, and methodology Excellent presentation, communication and strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Experience with Adobe Premiere or skills in video shooting and editing will be an advantage Good command in spoken and written Chinese and English
