Description of Work The primary purpose of Grounds Worker I role is to maintain the grounds, flora, and all associated equipment to ensure a clean, safe, and aesthetically pleasing campus environment at Black Mountain Neuro-Medical Treatment Center. The Grounds Worker I will be responsible for routine landscaping, gardening, equipment operation, and general upkeep of outdoor areas. In addition, this position will be responsible for removing snow, ice, leaves and removal of debris from the campus.
This role will assist with other areas in Maintenance as needed. Knowledge Skills and Abilities/Management Preferences Salary Range: $31,200.00 - $48,810.00 Recruitment Range: $31,200.00 - $48,810.00 Candidates now meet the minimum qualifications of a position if they meet the minimum education and experience listed on the vacancy announcement. Applicants who possess the following skills are preferred: Demonstrated experience using chainsaws, tractors and implements such as discs, plows, loaders, backhoe and buckets. The health and physical status of these residents require 24-hour supervision, daily nursing care, and assistance with activities of daily living.
