The role involves supervising multiple responsibilities and operations related to sales and service at Mondi Richards Bay and Mpact Felixton. Oversee the maintenance and functionality of equipment at customer sites, ensuring that it is in optimal working condition and that essential spare parts are readily accessible. Ensure that technical and laboratory duties are executed with utmost caution to prevent any injury to oneself or the environment.
