Whilst we are a not-for-profit organisation with a strong dedication to helping people find work, we operate in a highly competitive market and as such, aiming to exceed required targets is vital for all our employees. Based at our Maitland site, your role will be working with participants in the Workforce Australia program to assist them to overcome barriers to employment and successfully transition into the workforce.
