ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS: Performs all preventive maintenance on all wood products and furniture. Builds shelving and cabinets, temporary structures, repairs furniture. Maintains technical logs and records all relevant data as appropriate. Constructs, erects, installs and repairs structures and fixtures of wood, metal, and wall board in accordance with applicable building codes, oral instructions or specifications.
Promotes positive public/employee relations at all times. Maintains a clean, safe, hazard-free work environment within area of responsibility. Performs all other related and compatible/non-compatible duties as assigned.
