From designing an engaging Welcome to Sky onboarding experience to leading strategic projects across Early Careers, Talent and Performance, you’ll create connected people experiences and products tha t strengthen our culture , enhance colleague experience and deliver business impact .
Acting as the connector across these priorities , you'll bring together insight, planning and st orytelling to maximise impact . What you’ll do Own a flagship culture initiative: design and launch an engaging Welcome to Sky onboarding experience for all UK&I colleagues, working collaboratively with teams across Sky Build on the foundations of our culture programme by embedding initiatives, connecting people products a nd using insight and data to measure progress Partner with the Early Careers team on strategic projects and priorities such as future workforce planning, external benchmarking and articulating the impact of our programmes Connect the dots across Culture, Talent, Performance and Early Career s, aligning priorities, surfacing insights and creating a more joined-up people narrative Lead and c ontribute to strategic projects across Early Careers, Talent and Performance, applying insight, problem-solving and p eople p roduct design to deliver meaningful outcomes Translate business priorities, external trends and colleague insight into practical solutions that strengthen culture and enhance the colleague experience What you’ll bring Essentia l Deep experience designing onboarding experiences and culture initiatives, with broader expertise in one o r more of Early Careers, Talent Management or Performance Proven track record of designing and delivering people products in large, complex organisations , translating business priorities into meaningful colleague and business outcomes Exceptional stakeholder managemen t skills , building alignment across senior leaders and n avigat ing complexity across multiple agendas O utstanding communication and storytellin g skills, with the ability to simplify complexity, connect ideas and influenc e through compelling narratives Strong strategic and systems thinking , with the ability to think holistically across the people agenda, identify interdependencies and drive greater impact through joined-up solutions.
