ABOUT THE ROLE: The HR/ Personnel Administrator supports the administration of personnel-related tasks across the Benelux region, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and a high standard of service delivery. This includes providing administrative support across all areas of personnel administration, including payroll. This is a temporary position (7–12 months) offering flexibility in working hours (full-time or part-time).
You will play a key role in supporting the personnel function across the employee lifecycle, working closely with HR and Finance while contributing to process improvements and ongoing projects. This role is ideal for someone with a solid foundation in personnel administration who is detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. _____________________________________________________ OVER DE FUNCTIE: De HR/Personnel Administrator ondersteunt de personeelsadministratie binnen de Benelux en zorgt daarbij voor nauwkeurigheid, consistentie en een hoog serviceniveau.
De functie omvat administratieve ondersteuning op alle gebieden van personeelszaken, waaronder de salarisverwerking. Dit is een tijdelijke functie voor een periode van 7 tot 12 maanden, met flexibiliteit in het aantal werkuren (fulltime of parttime). Je speelt een belangrijke rol in de ondersteuning van HR gedurende de volledige employee lifecycle. Je werkt nauw samen met HR en Finance en draagt bij aan procesverbeteringen en lopende projecten.
Deze functie is ideaal voor iemand met een solide basis in personeelsadministratie, die nauwkeurig en proactief werkt en zich prettig voelt in een dynamische, snel veranderende werkomgeving. WHAT YOU'LL DO: Support personnel administration activities across the Benelux region, ensuring accurate and timely processing of personnel-related inputs, including payroll Manage personnel-related onboarding and offboarding processes, employee lifecycle changes, including contract updates ensuring all required employee and manager information is completed accurately and on time Maintain employee personnel files and documentation in line with internal policies and GDPR requirements Track and maintain sickness records, holiday accruals, and absence data Review and support timecard validation within the Time & Attendance system Assist with personnel administration queries, including payroll-related questions, providing accurate and timely support to employees Support personnel administration projects and system-related activities where required WHAT YOU'LL BRING: Experience supporting administration, collecting information and keeping records Interest in personnel administration, HR systems, and process improvement Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced or changing environment A collaborative mindset with a strong focus on service quality REQUIREMENTS: MBO+ or HBO level education, preferably in HR, Finance, or a related field Initial experience in an administration role (Personnel Administration/HR/Finance ideal) Strong attention to detail and accuracy Experience working with HR systems (e.g.
Workday) and payroll systems (e.g. Loket) is a plus Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Office tools Strong organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritise effectively A proactive and service-oriented mindset with a strong sense of ownership Strong communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with employees and stakeholders Ability to handle confidential information with discretion Fluency in English, Dutch and French is a must.
