As part of our strategic focus to amplify enterprise capabilities and AI, this team plays a crucial role in embedding value streams and driving operational excellence across the organization. Responsibilities and Impact: Design and implement Business Intelligence solutions using Microsoft Power Platforms (Power BI, CoPilot Studio, Power Apps) to create actionable insights for the Technology organization Develop and deploy AI-enabled workflows and agentic solutions that drive measurable operational efficiencies across product development lifecycles Support the APMO team in establishing robust procedures, controls, and metrics to ensure Technology organization effectiveness and compliance Create comprehensive data visualization dashboards and reports that enable data-driven decision making for stakeholders at all organizational levels Coordinate and facilitate team engagement initiatives including town halls, team building activities, and AI adoption workshops to drive organizational change Build and curate knowledge sources used by AI agents; ensure freshness, relevance and governance of content Stay connected on responsible AI, enterprise AI governance, privacy, security and emerging AI practices Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify automation opportunities and implement process improvements using agile development methodologies What We're Looking For: Basic Required Qualifications: 3-5 years of experience in business intelligence, data analytics, or related technical roles Proficiency with Microsoft Power Platform technologies (such as Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate, or CoPilot Studio) Experience with data modelling, data visualization, & Power Query (M) Design, Develop & maintain scalable ETL/ELT pipelines to process large volumes of data from multiple sources Write and optimize DAX measures, calculated columns aligned to business metrics Strong hands-on experience with SQL (MySQL/PostgreSQL preferred) and query optimization Experience in report scheduling, publication, security and access management Knowledge of AI and machine learning concepts with hands-on experience in implementing automated workflows and intelligent solutions Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to present complex data insights to diverse audiences Strong organizational and time management abilities in fast-paced, dynamic environments Collaborative mindset with experience working across cross-functional teams and stakeholders at all levels Adaptability and creative problem-solving approach to drive results-oriented solutions Additional Preferred Qualifications: Experience with agile development processes and project management methodologies (such as Scrum, Kanban, or similar frameworks) Exposure to Microsoft Fabric is preferred Previous experience in financial services, data services, or technology organizations with exposure to operational process improvement Compensation/Benefits Information: S&P Global states that the anticipated base salary range for this position is $100,000 to $120,000.
Final base salary for this role will be based on the individual’s geographic location, as well as experience level, skill set, training, licenses and certifications. This role is eligible to receive additional S&P Global benefits. About S&am
