Job Description: The Contract Administrator is responsible for supporting the administration and management of contracts at SSR Mining’s Cripple Creek & Victor (CC&V) Gold Mine. This role oversees contract lifecycle activities, contract governance and compliance, supplier performance, and documentation to support safe, reliable, and cost-effective mining operations. Working closely with Operations, Maintenance, Processing, Engineering, Finance, Health & Safety, and other site stakeholders, the Contracts Administrator supports sourcing initiatives, supplier relationships, RFIs and RFPs, procurement planning, and a variety of mining, maintenance, construction, and operational service agreements.

The position also supports Demand-to-Delivery (D2D), Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM), and Supplier Sourcing and Relationships (SSR) processes, including change management and continuous improvement efforts across the site. The successful candidate will be highly organized, collaborative, and able to effectively manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while supporting the needs of a high-elevation open-pit mining operation.

Day to Day: Contract Administration & Governance: Administer contracts throughout the entire contract lifecycle, including creation, execution, amendment, renewal, extension, and closeout. Maintain and manage the site's Contract Register and CLM documentaion, ensuring contract records remain accurate, current, and audit-ready. Track contract milestones, deliverables, expirations, renewal dates, change orders, and contractual obligations.

Coordinate contract execution, approvals, routing, and document retention requirements. Ensure contract compliance with company policies, procedures, delegated authorities, and applicable regulations. Assist in identifying and mitigating contractual and commercial risks. Support internal and external audits by maintaining complete contract documentation. Provide guidance and support to stakeholders regarding contract administration processes and requirements.

Strategic Sourcing & Procurement Support : Support the development and maintenance of site Contract and Procurement Plans. Coordinate and administer Requests for Information (RFI), Requests for Proposal (RFP), Requests for Quotation (RFQ), and supplier bid processes. Assist with bid evaluations, commercial comparisons, supplier assessments, and contract award recommendations. Participate in supplier negotiations and contract implementation activities.

Support procurement and sourcing activities that align with site operational requirements and business objectives. Interface with stakeholders to identify upcoming sourcing opportunities and contract requirements. Supplier Relationship Management (SRM) : Support the administration and coordination of Supplier Relationship Management (SRM) activities. Maintain supplier Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), scorecards, and performance tracking systems.

Schedule and coordinate supplier business reviews and performance meetings. Monitor supplier service levels and contract performance. Assist in developing corrective action plans and continuous improvement initiatives with suppliers. Maintain supplier performance records and communicate key performance trends to stakeholders.
