The Managing Director will set and execute the technology strategy, strengthen engineering and operational disciplines, reduce technology risk, and accelerate delivery of capabilities that improve client service and advance business objectives. What You Will Be Responsible For As Managing Director, Technology, you will: • Define and execute the multi-year technology strategy and roadmap • Lead a global organization spanning software engineering, quality assurance, architecture, cloud, DevOps, release management, and production support.
• Partner with Product Management, Operations, Client Services, Infrastructure, Cybersecurity, Risk, Compliance, and business leadership to deliver strategic technology solutions. • Drive application modernization, cloud transformation, user experience improvement, automation, and platform simplification. • Oversee solution architecture, engineering delivery, production readiness, operational stability, and lifecycle management across the application portfolio.
• Establish and govern engineering standards, secure software development practices, CI/CD, automated testing, DevSecOps , and responsible use of AI-assisted development tools. • Ensure platform availability, resiliency, disaster recovery readiness, business continuity, performance, and capacity management. • Own remediation of technology risks, vulnerabilities, audit findings, control gaps, and regulatory commitments.
• Oversee strategic vendors and delivery partners, including performance, financial management, risk management, and accountability for delivery outcomes. • Develop senior technology leaders, build succession plans, and foster a culture of accountability, innovation, collaboration, inclusion, and continuous learning. • Communicate technology strategy, investment priorities, delivery progress, operational health, and risks to senior executives and governance forums.

Education and Preferred Qualifications • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Mathematics, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
