Learn more about who we are at Point32Health . Job Summary We are seeking a skilled and analytical People Data Analyst to join our HR team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about leveraging data to drive informed decision-making and improve HR processes. As a People Data Analyst, you will play a critical role in analyzing HR data, generating insights, and providing recommendations to support our talent management initiatives.
Job Description DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES – what you will be doing (top five): Collect, clean, and analyze HR data from various sources, including HRIS, ATS, performance management systems, and employee surveys. Develop and maintain HR metrics and dashboards to track key performance indicators, such as employee turnover, retention, engagement, and diversity. Conduct statistical analysis and data modeling to identify trends, patterns, and correlations in HR data.
Generate reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to HR and business leaders. Collaborate with HR business partners to understand data needs and develop solutions to address complex HR challenges. Provide insights and recommendations to improve HR programs and processes, such as recruitment, onboarding, training, and performance management. Assist in the design and implementation of surveys and assessments to gather employee feedback and measure organizational effectiveness.
Stay up to date with emerging trends and best practices in people analytics and data visualization techniques. Support ad-hoc data requests and special projects as needed. Qualifications – what you need to perform the job Certification and Licensure Education Required (minimum): Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
Preferred: Experience Required (minimum): 0-2 years of experience in HR analytics, data analysis, or a similar role. Preferred: Experience with Workday (Core HCM, Custom Reports, Calculated Fields and Integrations) and Databricks is a plus. SKILL REQUIREMENTS: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights Proficiency with Python, SQL and Business Intelligence tools.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex information to diverse audiences. Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in data analysis and reporting. Familiarity with AI tools, including their use cases in data analytics and coding. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. WORKING CONDITIONS AND ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS (include special requirements, e.g., lifting, travel): Must be able to work under normal office conditions and work from home as required.
