Hospice Director of Clinical Services (DCS/DON) Alpha Home Health & Hospice is seeking an experienced Hospice Director of Clinical Services (DCS/DON) to lead our growing hospice program based in Everett, WA . Ensure compliance with Medicare, state, and regulatory requirements. Lead, mentor, and develop clinical managers and staff. Oversee hiring, onboarding, performance management, and retention efforts. Drive quality improvement initiatives and maintain survey readiness. Partner with agency leadership on budgeting, staffing, and strategic growth. Support exceptional patient and family care through interdisciplinary collaboration.

Qualifications Required Active Washington RN license (or ability to obtain). BSN required. Current BLS certification. 3+ years of healthcare leadership experience. 2+ years of hospice leadership or management experience. Strong knowledge of hospice regulations and Medicare Conditions of Participation. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Preferred MSN. Homecare Homebase (HCHB) experience.
