Competitive Wages Strong Team Culture Create your own schedule Opportunity for growth RN needed in the St George area to perform assessments on patients in their homes to determine what level of assistance is needed, including but not limited to: assistance with showering/bathing, transferring, toileting, feeding, dressing, medication reminders, meal preparation, transportation, light housekeeping, companionship, and transportation for shopping, doctor appointments, or errands.
This position is part-time. The RN makes a difference in our patients lives by assessing them and getting them the approvals needed for ADL assistance. The goals is to help each patient remain in their home for as long as possible with ADL assistance. The RN is responsible for assessing each patient, documenting and completing assessment paperwork on each client, submitting the paperwork in a timely manner, making their own assessment appointments by contacting the client directly, and meeting a five-day deadline when each authorization is coming due for each patient.
