JOB PURPOSE KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Key Responsibilities Support sales operations activities including sales forecasting, data analysis, market research, and administrative processes. Coordinate with customers, suppliers, logistics providers, and internal stakeholders to ensure effective order and business execution.
Prepare sales reports, presentations, and customer information to support decision-making. Respond to customer inquiries and follow up on commercial and operational requests. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve processes and enhance customer satisfaction. Gradually take ownership of assigned customer accounts and support business development activities. Perform other duties as assigned.
What we’re looking for Bachelor's degree in Business administration or a related field preferred. 2-3 years of experience in sales, sales operations or a related commercial function. Good communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams in both Korean and English. Strong interest in building a long-term career in sales and account management. Experience in the automotive, aftermarket, industrial, or B2B sector is a plus., but not required.
Willing to travel.
