Job Summary: <ul><li>5-7 years' experience performing and supervising IT Audits, Technology Risk Assessments, or IT internal control risk evaluation and reporting</li><li>IT certifications are preferred; CISA, CPA, CISSP, CRISC, CCSFP</li><li>Supervising staff and providing written and verbal performance feedback</li><li>Experience leading teams with the ability to both serve and inspire others; skilled at developing team members and creating an environment of engagement and camaraderie.</li><li>Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills combined with high personal integrity.</li><li>An ability to develop strong interpersonal relationships at all levels both within and outside the firm.</li><li>Ability to listen, consider diverse options, and bring clarity and alignment where needed to enable team effectiveness in support of a common goal</li><li>This position may require some local and national travel.5-7 years' experience performing and supervising IT Audits, Technology Risk Assessments, or IT internal control risk evaluation and reporting </li><li>Must be able to remain in a stationary sitting position for at least 75% of the time.
</li><li>Must be able to lift at least 15 lbs– specific job duties may require additional lifting to move, transport, position and install equipment. </li><li>Frequently positions self to bend and lift packages. </li><li>Occasional moving & lifting of equipment; bending, lifting, climbing required to position self to maintain computers during engagements.
</li><li>Person in position needs to occasionally move about the inside of the office to access machinery, cabinets, etc. </li><li>Person in position frequently communicates with individuals who have inquires. Must be able to exchange information in these situations. </li><li>Ability to work in a high stress environment.
</li><li>Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license are required including a clean driving record. </li><li>Minimum levels of auto insurance coverage are required. </li><li>Ability to travel locally, work overtime and weekends is required. </li><li>Ability to travel overnight or internationally may be required.</li></ul> Position Responsibilities: <ul><li>Participate in cybersecurity assessments for companies in a variety of industries using commonly implemented frameworks (HIPAA, SOC, HITRUST, NIST, etc.), which evaluate the strength of business process controls and information technology general controls</li><li>Develop working relationships with client executives and project managers in the performance of our work</li><li>Manage teams of staff on multiple projects that focus in the technology, financial services, and healthcare industries, with small to medium size companies</li><li>Collaborate with other managers in our Cybersecurity practice regarding client management activities, networking activities, leadership activities, and staff development activities</li><li>Engage in practice development activities with prospective clients and other networking activities</li><li>Assist the firm in developing new tools and services related to emerging trends in data privacy and governance</li><li>Engage in training to further your career development</li><li>Lead training of staff on the job and in internally developed training activitiesManaging and executing IT Audits (test of design, test of operative effectivene
