The Products & Technology team at PwC plays a pivotal role in this initiative. We are responsible for designing, developing, and scaling products that empower both internal and external clients to advance their digital transformation. Our team supports PwC's business specialists by developing purpose-driven products. Key elements include process optimization, business transformation, the strategic application of advanced technology and data analytics, as well as the adoption of alternative delivery solutions.

Our digital product teams strive to redefine possibilities through a commitment to client-centricity, agile methodologies, and entrepreneurial thinking. Your impact as IT/Solution Architect As an IT/Solution Architect, you will shape PwC’s technology landscape end‑to‑end, from long-term strategy design to domain coherence and hands‑on solution delivery.

You will make an impact by: Architecture Develop and maintain enterprise, domain, and solution architectures, ensuring alignment across levels. Create and evolve domain-level architectures that balance enterprise direction with product team needs. Design secure, scalable, high-performing solutions aligned with enterprise and domain standards. Identify shared capabilities, reusable components, and integration patterns across domains.

Apply modern architectural patterns such as microservices, event‑driven design, API-first integration, cloud-native architectures, and zero‑trust principles. Driving Digital Transformation Translate business strategy into technology strategy, multi‑year roadmaps, and target architectures that enable digital transformation. Guide PwC’s transition toward a digital-first operating model, ensuring technology investments align with business objectives.

Support transformation programmes by ensuring solutions and domains evolve consistently toward the target enterprise architecture. Technical Leadership & Governance Lead and participate in architecture reviews, design boards, and governance forums, ensuring alignment across programmes and initiatives. Define and maintain architecture principles, standards, reference models, and ensure their adoption across teams.

Provide technical leadership during key programmes, guiding teams toward coherent and compliant architectural decisions. Ensure solution designs adhere to security, compliance, performance, and maintainability standards. Document architecture decisions, blueprints, integration specifications, and reusable patterns to support transparency and reuse. Coach and mentor engineering teams, promoting architectural best practices and technical excellence.
