Your role will include, but isn’t limited to: Monitor and process confidential printing, scanning, and binding requests, ensuring accuracy and timely completion Coordinate high-volume and priority print production in accordance with service standards Monitor and maintain printers, copiers, and binding equipment, initiating service requests and liaising with vendors or support teams as needed Manage printer supply inventory, including ordering consumables, tracking stock levels, and coordinating toner recycling Maintain an organized and efficient Business Centre and copy centre environment, ensuring equipment and supplies are readily available Deliver backup coverage for Operations team and Business Centre functions from other offices during peak periods, absences, and special projects Support the London AC office on a weekly basis or as required Create office passes and maintain security system records, updates, and related information for SWO and other offices as needed Provide seasonal tax, project, technology adoption, and general administrative support as required Actively involved with the Workplace Health & Safety Committee What You'll Bring: Your skills, knowledge, and experiences are what set you apart.
Here's what we look for: Relevant experience in a business centre or mailroom setting, including managing supplies and photocopying/scanning is an asset Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Microsoft SharePoint for document management and sharing Excellent oral and written communication skills (including strong spelling, drafting, editing, proofreading, punctuation and grammar skills) Excellent organizational skills and the ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities Exercises discretion when dealing with confidential data Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Detailed focused with the ability to complete tasks with limited supervision A demonstrated commitment to valuing differences and working alongside diverse people and perspectives This position is required to be on-site.
