Job Description & Summary     Objective of the Role:   you'll work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve complex business issues from strategy to execution.

PwC Professional skills and responsibilities for this management level include but are not limited to:     We are seeking an experienced SAP Service Management ( SM ) Consultant with strong hands-on experience in S/4HANA implementation projects. The ideal candidate will work on designing, configuring, and developing custom solutions for transportation processes and integrations. Responsibilities:   Lead implementation, configuration, and support of S/4HANA Service Management, including Service Contracts, Orders, Notifications, Warranties, In House Repair, and Field Service Management.

Design solution workflows: document types, pricing, authorizations; perform fit-gap analysis and blueprint workshops. Configure seamless integrations with SD, MM, FI/CO, PM, and SAP FSM or C4C for cohesive business processes. Develop functional specifications, supervise technical teams (BAPIs, ALE/IDoc, OData), and manage interface development. Facilitate testing activities: unit, integration, UAT; prepare test scripts; resolve defects.

Oversee go-live and hypercare , providing end-user training, documentation, and post-deployment support. Engage in pre-sales and stakeholder collaboration to shape client-oriented solutions and RFP responses. * Mandatory Skill Sets : SAP Service Management , S4HANA, E2E implementation     Required Skills & Qualifications:   Functional knowledge: Service Order Management, Service Contracts, Warranties, In-House Repair, Resource Related Billing.

Technical proficiency: Fiori apps for Service Management, interface technologies (ALE/IDoc, OData), debugging understanding. Integration know how: strong background in integr
