The Position Job description The Solution Architect for digital product provisioning and mediation designs business-driven, standards-based, and future-ready E2E solutions . In this role, you will design solutions that meet product requirements, business priorities, and enterprise standards while managing non-functional requirements and evolving the architecture throughout the product life cycle.
By solving complex technical problems, defining reference architectures, and aligning with the broader architecture community for governance, you will ensure robust implementations that deliver enhanced value to the organization. This is an hands-on solution architecture role Description of the area Job Responsibilities Main responsibility: Owns all technical matters related to usage mediation (convergent mediation by DigitalRoute) and the provisioning of digital products (automatic tenant creation) in accordance to defined commercial models.
Including all the integration across systems that support the end to end data flow Scope: Primary point of contact on all matters concerning mediation and digital product provisioning. Designs solutions that meet requirements, business priorities, and enterprise standards. Manages Non-Functional Requirements (NFR). Documents and evolves the architecture and ensures alignment with RDT architecture and governance.
Accountability: Solves complex problems, taking a new perspective on existing solutions and exercising judgment based on the analysis of multiple sources of information. Maintains the vision, roadmap, and current landscape for the assigned solution. Assesses and consults on impacts and dependencies of initiatives on capabilities, risk, and the application landscape. External partners : You will serve as the primary operational guide for external vendors, ensuring all delivery work aligns with our internal standards, project timelines, and quality expectations.
You communicate requirements clearly, and offer ongoing technical and procedural direction. While external teams execute the hands-on deliverables, you will monitor progress, unblock challenges Stakeholder Management: Explains difficult or sensitive technical information and works collaboratively to build consensus among product teams, business stakeholders, and technical peers. Drive all discussions with digital product teams to ensure adoption of commercial backoffice standards and processes Impact/Strategy: Develops and maintains the product's technology roadmap.
Provides technical oversight, guidance, and consultation for digital product teams. Identifies opportunities to enhance value and business processes, improves existing solutions, manages technical debt, and researches, evaluates, pilots, and drives the adoption of new technologies. Support and operations: You d rive operational excellence by performing root-cause analysis on end-to-end production issues.
Serve as a key escalation point to troubleshoot complex operational failures and establish preventative measures that maintain high system reliability and timely output. Qualifications Possess a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a closely related technical field. Proven Experience in at least one of the main job capabilities Provisioning or Usage Mediation Good experience with System Integration Technologies and common Integration Design Pattern (MuleSoft and SAPCPI / SAP IS preferred).
Understanding of basic integration patterns (APIs, event driven, etc) and good foundation in
