Join us as a Personal Assistant If you have strong organisational skills, excellent judgement, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, this role could be for you You'll provide high-quality administrative and organisational support to a senior business leader, enabling them to focus on their priorities and deliver impact Through close engagement with senior leaders and stakeholders across the bank, you'll build a strong professional network and gain valuable exposure to a broad range of business activities This role involves regular office-based collaboration and is suited to someone who enjoys working closely with colleagues and stakeholders in person What you'll do As a Personal Assistant, you'll provide proactive, high-quality support to one of our business leaders.

You'll play a key role in helping them manage a complex and evolving workload, ensuring their time is focused on the priorities that matter most. You'll coordinate activities, manage communications, build effective relationships with stakeholders, and provide seamless administrative support in a dynamic environment. Day-to-day, you’ll be: Managing complex diaries and inboxes, ensuring competing priorities are effectively balanced and actions are followed through Supporting the leader in managing a broad range of commitments, ensuring they are well prepared and able to focus on strategic priorities Coordinating internal and external meetings, including scheduling, logistics, materials, and follow-up actions Building strong relationships with stakeholders across the organisation and acting as a key point of contact Organising and maintaining electronic filing systems and records Processing expenses, invoices, and other administrative activity accurately and efficiently Identifying opportunities to improve ways of working and using digital tools to increase efficiency and productivity The skills you'll need To succeed in this role, you'll have experience in an Executive Assistant or Personal Assistant role, or in a leadership support or business management environment.

You'll be highly organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail. You’ll also demonstrate: The ability to analyse, prioritise, and manage information, instructions, and papers effectively Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced environment Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the confidence to engage with colleagues at all levels Sound judgement and discretion when handling sensitive and confidential information Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel An awareness of the wider business and how different functions work together to deliver outcomes A willingness to embrace new technology and use digital and AI-enabled tools to improve productivity, efficiency and ways of working Hours 35 Job Posting Closing Date: 22/09/2026 Ways of Working:Office First
