This role acts as the critical liaison between the business contacts and the software development team, gathering actionable functional requirements.
The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of pricing concepts, exceptional documentation skills, and experience working with custom software or CPQ systems in an Agile/iterative development environment. This role is open to candidates who wish to be Remote in the US or hybrid from one of our local US offices. Responsibilities The role will predominately focus on gathering and analyzing working group data, identifying current processes and areas for improvement, researching best practices and documenting functional requirements for the software development team Partner closely with the Pricing team to gather, analyze, and document business requirements related to new CPQ system Translate complex pricing logic into detailed functional requirements for developers Serve as a liaison between business stakeholders and IT/software engineering teams Work with developers to clarify requirements, answer questions, and ensure accurate implementation Validate delivered functionality through testing, QA support, and SME testing Maintain documentation of pricing logic, workflows, and system behavior within the CPQ platform Identify opportunities to improve processes, automation, and system capabilities Support ongoing enhancements, defect triage, and prioritization of backlog items Maintain stakeholder expectations and raises appropriate issues to senior roles Communicates effectively with business subject matter experts and the delivery team(s) Requirements Bachelor’s degree in relevant discipline or equivalent experience required, ISEB qualified Business Analyst preferred 3–7+ years of experience as an IT Business Analyst Experience of working in an agile environment and using recognized development methodology e.g., Agile, SCRUM, KANBAN Experience working with CPQ tools (custom-built or platforms like Salesforce CPQ, Oracle CPQ, etc.) Strong understanding of pricing strategies, discounting, or revenue management concepts Proven ability to translate complex business processes into technical requirements Experience writing functional requirements documents Excellent communication skills, with ability to work across business and technical teams Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail

National Base Pay Range: $71,600 - $119,400. Geographic differentials may apply in some locations to better reflect local market rates.

Base Pay Range for CO is $71,600 - $119,400. Base Pay Range for IL is $75,200 - $125,500. Base Pay Range for Chicago, IL is $78,700 - $131,400. Base Pay Range for MD is $75,200 - $125,500. Base Pay Range for NY is $78,700 - $131,400. Base Pay Range for New York City is $85,900 - $143,300.
Base Pay Range for Rochester, NY is $71,600 - $119,400. Base Pay Range for OH is $68,000 - $113,400. Base Pay Range for NJ is $84,546- $135,054.


This job is eligible for an annual incentive bonus.
