We're looking for Accountants and Senior Accountants who are passionate about helping businesses succeed. We're particularly interested in speaking with professionals located in Toowoomba and surrounding areas within Southeast Queensland. Hybrid working arrangements are available, making commuting a practical option for the right candidate. What You'll Do As part of our Business Advisory team, you'll: Prepare financial statements, income tax returns and compliance reporting for a diverse portfolio of clients.

Analyse financial information and provide meaningful insights to support client decision-making. Build trusted relationships with business owners and key stakeholders. Identify opportunities to deliver value-added advisory solutions. Review work and provide guidance to junior team members (Senior Accountant level). Collaborate closely with experienced leaders who are invested in your professional growth and success.

About you: What We're Looking For You are a motivated accounting professional who enjoys working directly with clients and delivering practical business solutions. Depending on your experience, you may bring: Experience within a Business Advisory, Tax or Public Practice environment. CA or CPA qualification (or currently studying).

Strong technical knowledge of accounting and taxation principles. Experience managing a portfolio of clients and building long-term relationships. The ability to review work, mentor junior staff and provide commercial advice (Senior Accountant level). Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. Most importantly, you are: Client-focused and relationship-driven. Committed to delivering high-quality work.
