Learn the foundational steps of how to identify and sign talent by organizing demo submissions and keeping track of emerging artists. Provide tactical support for artist and catalog development initiatives under the guidance of your supervisor. Follow established procedures to support the team's relationship building and networking efforts, tracking key contacts and industry events.
