Identify opportunities to improve procedures, technology solutions, business processes, and operational performance. Provide leadership for safety, training, budgeting, workforce planning, operational execution, documentation management, and personnel development. Serve as the company expert for AMI and smart meter technologies. Spearhead the implementation of AMI and smart meter programs across Washington Gas and SEMCO Energy.
