Responsibilities Maintain and enhance client relationships by assisting Advisors to provide clients with quality service. Assists Advisors in the development and delivery of financial and investment strategies that aim to address each client’s specific goals and concerns. May assist with trades, position monitoring and updating watch reports. Provides ongoing support in educating clients about specific products and services offered at the firm.
Develops presentation materials and proposals to assist Advisors in cultivating new business opportunities. Develops customized presentation materials and manages performance measurements on existing accounts to market and attract new clients. Partner with compliance for comprehensive account reviews. Collaborates with the Advisor to develop an overall business plan and marketing strategy. Assist with platform support of system updates and enhancements including logging all activity accurately and timely in applicable Texas Capital systems (Salesforce, Pershing, etc.).
Cultivates and develops relationships with business partners internally and externally. Proactively participates in firm initiatives directed by local management. Performs other duties, responsibilities and specialized projects as assigned. Qualifications Minimum 5 years in Banking/Financial Institutions, preferably in an Investment Client Service Associate or Relationship Associate role Experience answering and managing multiple phone lines required Advanced ability to interface with high-level management and clients Bachelor's Degree preferred Series 65 preferred High degree of confidentiality and discretion Advanced ability to handle sensitive information Advanced ability to research and resolve issues Advanced ability to initiate and respond to operational inquiries and needs Advanced onboarding and account management skills Advanced ability to support administrative duties of client needs Strong attention to detail and accuracy Advanced customer service skills Technical proficiency in the use of MS Office products for reporting, data analytics, and presentations The duties listed above are the essential functions, or fundamental duties within the job classification.
