We are seeking a motivated and ambitious Trainee Administrator to join our growing Capital Markets team. This is an exciting opportunity to work alongside experienced professionals supporting a diverse portfolio of international structures, including securitisations, debt issuance programmes, structured finance transactions, private equity holding structures and special purpose vehicles (SPVs). As a Trainee Administrator, you will gain exposure to complex cross-border transactions, corporate governance practices and regulatory frameworks while developing the technical skills and professional expertise required for a successful long-term career within Capital Markets and Corporate Services .

The Role & Key Responsibilities : Client Administration Support the day-to-day administration of a diverse portfolio of Capital Markets and Corporate Services entities. Assist with the administration of securitisation vehicles, note issuance programmes, structured finance transactions, holding companies and other SPVs.
Assist with the incorporation, ongoing maintenance and winding-up of companies and other legal entities. Maintain statutory records and ensure client files remain accurate, complete and up to date. Process routine administrative matters in accordance with internal procedures, service standards and regulatory requirements. Ensure all activities are conducted in compliance with company policies, internal controls and applicable regulatory requirements.
