Role Overview We are looking for an experienced Lead .NET Engineer with 6–12 years of software development experience and strong expertise in designing, developing, and maintaining secure, scalable, and high-quality enterprise applications.
The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience with C#/.NET 8, ASP.NET Core, WPF, REST API development, and Entity Framework Core , along with experience in modern build, deployment, testing, and development practices. The candidate will be responsible for developing robust .NET-based applications and services, contributing to solution design, ensuring software quality and security, supporting modern engineering practices, and providing technical leadership and mentoring to development teams.
Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain scalable and maintainable applications and services using C#/.NET 8 and ASP.NET Core . Develop and maintain desktop applications using WPF where required. Design and develop secure, reliable, and well-structured RESTful APIs . Develop efficient data-access layers using Entity Framework Core . Define and promote application design principles, coding standards, and software engineering best practices.
Develop reusable, modular, and maintainable application components and services. Ensure applications meet requirements for quality, performance, security, reliability, and maintainability . Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve complex application, API, integration, and deployment-related issues. Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to development and secure-coding standards. Develop and maintain automated unit and integration tests using tools such as xUnit .
Use Swagger and Postman for API documentation, validation, and testing. Support containerized application development and deployment using Docker . Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions and manage build artifacts through JFrog Artifactory . Collaborate with developers, technical leads, product owners, QA engineers, DevOps teams, and other stakeholders. Participate in technical design discussions, solution reviews, estimation, planning, and implementation activities.
Work effectively within Agile Scrum and Kanban development environments. Use collaboration and work-management platforms such as Jira and Confluence . Mentor and coach development team members and provide technical guidance where required. Support teams in solving complex technical problems without compromising system quality or security. Adapt to changing priorities and contrib
