Emerging Professional Program (EPP) An internship path focused on equipping graduating students with the tools/skills needed to transition into a potential career at TruStage. Interns receive comprehensive support and guidance to enhance their company knowledge, integrate into the company culture, and develop key connections. This pathway enables young professionals to be considered for potential opportunities at TruStage.
Job Purpose: This role is designed to provide hands on experience to acquire knowledge of methods, procedures and standards of the organization, allowing an opportunity for individuals to apply what they have learned in a classroom environment while gaining new skills in a dynamic professional setting. Specific activities will vary by department. Job Responsibilities: Under guidance from more senior team members, develop, test, implement, document and maintain business systems solutions adhering to established methodology and practices, and in accordance with project plans.
Communicate with customers and/or representatives, providing information, options and taking the necessary action as needed. Conduct research on projects/files that require in-depth study and analysis. Gather and organize data for reports/projects. Compose correspondence, emails. Prepare written reports/projects. Resolve problems and/or issues. Attend and participate in meetings and team discussions.
Job Requirements: Working towards an associate’s degree or higher. Strong analytical, critical thinking, problem solving and decision-making skills. Demonstrated interpersonal and customer service skills. Well organized and exceptional attention to detail Excellent communication skills. Intellectual curiosity and the desire to learn and develop professionally Application Development: Understanding of application development life cycles, object-oriented designs and development, and agile methodology.
Experience with any of the following is helpful: C#, JavaScript, Bootstrap, React, Web API’s, .NET Core, Angular, Xamarin, Entity Framework, Git, Azure, Test Driven Development, SSRS, and XML. Infrastructure and Cloud Understanding infrastructure technology life cycle, server platforms, networking, cloud environments, information security concepts and agile methodology. Experience with any of the following is helpful: JSON, PowerShell, scripting languages, C#, Web API’s, Git, Azure, and Azure Dev Ops (ADO).
