What Makes This Role Great: In this role, you will gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced warehousing environment, partnering directly with distribution center directors and managers to test new software, roll out automation, and implement high-impact continuous improvement initiatives.
Key Exciting Responsibilities: Collaborate with cross-functional teams across logistics, materials, engineering, purchasing, and quality to drive operational project goals. Leverage ERP, PLM, and WMS programs to gather and analyze supply chain data for key decision-making. Test and document new software enhancements and automation roll-outs within the distribution center. Deliver data-driven process recommendations and present your capstone project findings to leadership.
Essential Skills & Experience: Currently pursuing a degree in Operations, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field. Strong verbal and written communication skills with the confidence to collaborate alongside senior colleagues and stakeholders. Goal-oriented self-starter with a collaborative, team-first mindset. Basic computer proficiency with strong analytical problem-solving abilities.
Bonus Points For: Familiarity or experience with Google Suite tools and data analytics platforms. Prior exposure to warehouse operations, logistics, or inventory management systems.
