How much experience required? 2 years experience in quoting and/or purchasing Summarize the minimum kinds of knowledge, skills and abilities required to do the job. Knowledge: Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Powerpoint, Outlook ) Able to read blue prints. Knowledge of Inside Sales Systems and Procedures.
Skill in: Decision making with respect to pricing strategies and labor processes. Interpretation of a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram (print reading) or schedule form. Demonstrate technical aptitude. Ability to: Process quotes quickly and accurately . Quickly react in order to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.
Ability to manage internal and external customers in order to maintain the highest level of customer satisfaction.
