Job Purpose The Associate Principal Manager (APM) role supports the commercial growth and operational execution of a defined set of principals and product lines.

This role focuses on execution, coordination, and data-driven support, while developing supplier relationship skills under the guidance of the Principal Management team. Duties and Responsibilities •Own the day-to-day commercial management and execution of assigned principals, product lines, and business initiatives. •Translate principal growth strategies into actionable plans and priorities for local sales teams, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

•Monitor business performance through sales analysis, forecasting, budgeting, pipeline management, and opportunity tracking. •Identify growth opportunities through market analysis, customer intelligence, and collaboration with sales teams and principal partners. •Serve as the primary operational contact for assigned principals, ensuring timely follow-up on business activities, projects, and requests.

•Coordinate cross-functional activities between sales, supply chain, marketing, customer service, and operations to support business objectives. •Lead the resolution of operational issues, including inventory challenges, demand planning concerns, product transitions, NCRs, and slow-moving inventory. •Manage and maintain accurate business data, reporting, forecasts, and customer opportunities within CRM and business management systems.

•Lead principal business reviews, annual planning processes, and performance tracking by preparing insights and recommendations. •Partner closely with Principal Managers to develop supplier growth strategies and execute key commercial initiatives. •Support the onboarding, integration, and expansion of new supplier partnerships within the region. •Build and maintain strong working relationships with supplier contacts, customers, and internal stakeholders.

Qualifications Education •Bachelor’s degree required with a preferred area of study in Business Administration, Marketing, Chemistry, Chemical. •Engineering, Materials Science, or related technical degree. Experience •Minimum 2 ye
