On behalf of one of our clients located on the Vaud Riviera, we are looking for a 100% ASSC (Permanent Contract) wishing to fully commit to supporting residents and contributing to their quality of life on a daily basis. Your responsibilities As an essential member of the care team, you actively participate in supporting residents by ensuring their comfort, safety, and well-being. Your main duties will be as follows: Ensure the daily support of residents while respecting their autonomy and dignity.
Perform basic care and participate in delegated medical-technical acts. Contribute to the implementation and monitoring of individualised support plans. Observe the general condition of residents and relay relevant information to the care team. Collaborate closely with the various professionals involved in care provision. Participate in continuous improvement initiatives aimed at guaranteeing quality services.
Maintain a relationship of trust with residents, their relatives, and the teams. Your profile Federal Certificate of Competence (CFC) as ASSC or equivalent recognised training. Successful initial experience in a similar position, ideally in an institution. Good command of French, both spoken and written. Comfortable using common IT tools. Interest in teamwork and supporting people requiring tailored follow-up.
