Candidates must have an expected graduation date between December 2027 – August 2028.These positions are in BRG’s New York and Boston offices.BRG Transaction and Valuation Opinions provides valuation services in support of i) transaction opinions (fairness and solvency opinions), ii) portfolio valuation iii) tax and financial reporting, iv) litigation and v) special situations. Our clients are leading hedge funds, private equity funds, venture capital funds, limited partners, lenders, corporations, boards of directors, independent directors and attorneys.We look for candidates with financial modeling skills, valuation-related technical competencies, the ability to team with a variety of industry specialists, and an interest in growing one’s own leadership and business development capabilities.
