Our Explorer Programme   You'll join our explorer programme, a 2-year programme designed to give you depth and breadth of experience. Participating in job-based bespoke training from the start enabling you to go fully-equipped into your role as you embark on the first of three eight-month long rotations.

Why the Technology Analyst programme? Technology powers the way Barclays serves customers and clients. As a Technology Analyst, you’ll work with teams delivering digital platforms, infrastructure, data and change. You’ll build technical awareness, problem-solving skills and an understanding of how technology enables a global financial services business. To be considered for this opportunity, you'll be motivated with a strong degree or expected degree achieved before June 2027.

You’ll also bring a genuine interest in technology, strong problem-solving skills and the drive to deliver innovative solutions. Barclays will accept applications from candidates who require visa sponsorship to work in the UK and will provide a skilled worker visa for successful applicants if they meet the Home Office’s eligibility criteria for a skilled worker visa. Successful applicants who are not eligible to receive a skilled worker visa, and who we are therefore unable to secure a skilled worker visa for, will be required to have their own legal right to work in the UK on a full-time basis from August 2027 to August 2029.
