This is an opportunity to build technical skills while contributing to work that matters across the bank. To be considered for this opportunity, you must be in your penultimate year of university.

You must be graduating in 2028. You’ll also bring a genuine interest in technology, strong problem-solving skills and the drive to deliver innovative solutions. The location for this role is indicated in the job title, and you will be based at that location. If you are successful in receiving a return offer to our graduate programme, your location will be the same as it was during your internship.

Barclays will accept applications from candidates who require visa sponsorship to work in the UK and will provide a skilled worker visa for successful applicants if they meet the Home Office’s eligibility criteria for a skilled worker visa. Successful applicants who are not eligible to receive a skilled worker visa, and who we are therefore unable to secure a skilled worker visa for, will be required to have their own legal right to work in the UK on a full-time basis from June 2027 to August 2027.

Purpose of the role To support the day-to-day operations of the Chief Security Office, providing insights and expertise that help support the vision and mission of the business area.
