I am partner with a practice in Abilene, Texas searching for General Dentist for locum coverage. Monday through Thursday, 3 to 6+ weeks of coverage. Start date is ASAP. This assignment will go fast. Position Overview - Location - Abilene, Texas - Provider Type Needed - General Dentist - Start Date - ASAP - Length of Assignment - Initially 3 to 6 weeks, with potential to extend - Schedule - 4 days per week, Monday through Thursday, 8:00am to 4:30pm - Procedures - Fillings, crowns (CEREC same-day), comprehensive exams, limited exams, emergency treatment - Patient Volume - 16 hygiene patients and 12 to 14 operative patients per day; doctor runs two columns, one comprehensive and one limited - Team - 6 operatories (3 hygiene, 3 doctor), 1 full-time hygienist running a full column Practice Notes - Newer office, opened five years ago - CBCT and iTero scanner on site - CEREC in office for same-day crowns Offering - Offering - Competitive Daily Rate, Weekly Pay, Medical Malpractice Insurance Requirements - DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school - Active Texas dental license (or ability to obtain) - Other Must-Haves - Comfortable with CEREC and same-day crown workflow; personable chairside manner with strong patient interaction Kind regards, Rick Saint Charles Zeal Medical 972-924-9985
