Account Manager (Logistics/Supply Chain/ Courier)

Job Description Responsible for Account management and new business development Liaise between customers and cross-functional departments to ensure timely and successful delivery of services Identify new potential customers, prospect, needs analysis, proposal and close Maintain and grow existing customer base Develop strategic relationships with key role players and stakeholders Ensure monthly and annual targets are achieved Minimum Requirements Grade 12 / Matric Tertiary qualification in Sales, Marketing, or Business is highly advantageous Minimum 4 years’ proven sales experience or customer engagement gained within the Courier / Logistics sector Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and CRM Software Valid drivers and own reliable transport Proven sales record and passion for customers
