Payroll Specialist - Client Payroll Services London, UK Full time, Permanent (Monday to Friday, 9:00am-5:30pm) Hybrid - 3 days onsite after onboarding period About the Role We are currently looking for an experienced and service-oriented Client Payroll Specialist to join our Danish Client Payroll team, delivering outsourced payroll services primarily to international clients, often in collaboration with colleagues across other service teams.
International payroll exposure is highly valued, and experience with Danish payroll is particularly advantageous. Key Responsibilities Manage end-to-end payroll administration for a portfolio of Danish clients. Process payroll data accurately and efficiently. Prepare and distribute payslips. Support salary payments and payroll-related transactions. Produce payroll reports and perform payroll reconciliations on behalf of clients.
Assist clients with a range of HR-related matters, including pensions, absence administration, statutory reimbursements, and payroll compliance requirements. Build and maintain strong client relationships, providing a high level of service and support. Participate in the implementation and onboarding of new clients as your experience develops. About You We are particularly interested in candidates who have experience working within a client payroll, payroll bureau, payroll outsourcing, or payroll services environment.
Essential Requirements Experience managing payroll for multiple clients and/or maintaining a portfolio of payroll clients. Strong client service and stakeholder management skills. Knowledge of payroll processes and payroll administration. Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities. Strong Excel skills. Fluency in English, both written and spoken. Preferred Requirements Experience working with international clients and international payroll environments.
Understanding of Danish payroll legislation, employment practices, and payroll compliance requirements. Experience with Epos payroll software. Interest in payroll systems, implementations, process improvements, and automation. Fluency in Danish, both written and spoken. Experience implementing and onboarding new payroll clients.
