Equifind are partnering with a well-established financial services firm who are recruiting a HR Operations Specialist to join their People function on contract, with the opportunity to go permanent. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, regulated environment and wants genuine ownership over the employee lifecycle. What you'll be doing: Managing end-to-end HR operational processes, from onboarding through to offboarding Acting as a key point of contact for employees and managers on HR queries Ensuring compliance with employment legislation and internal policies across the HR lifecycle Maintaining accurate employee data and HR systems (HRIS) Supporting on contracts, right-to-work checks, and pre-employment screening Partnering with the wider HR team on process improvement and service delivery Contributing to HR projects, audits, and reporting What we're looking for: Proven HR Operations/administration experience, ideally within Financial Services or another regulated industry Strong working knowledge of employment law and HR compliance Confident using HRIS systems, with strong attention to detail A proactive, organised self-starter comfortable managing multiple priorities Excellent communication skills and a genuine passion for HR What's on offer: Temp-to-permanent opportunity with real long-term security Central London office, 4 days per week Exposure to a professional, high-performing HR function within a leading FS business Great platform to build a long-term career in financial services HR
